on the attached schedule be requested from the applicant.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Note: No inference is given in requesting this Further Information that planning permission will ultimately
be forthcoming. It is recommended that you and/or your assigned agent liaise with Monaghan County
council Planning Section prior to the preparation and submission of this Further Information.
The applicant shall submit the following information:
1.
a) Details of the existing wastewater treatment system and the percolation area on site.
b) Confirm the status of the existing well located at the front of the site.
2. The submitted floor plans do not indicate what certain parts of the structure are to be used for e.g.
room to north-east at ground floor level, and self contained 'room' to south west at ground floor
level. Submit revised plans clearly indicating what all parts of the structure are to be used for.
3. There is concern with the extent of blank / solid wall at ground floor level on the south-east
elevation (the front elevation). This is considered atypical of vernacular rural housing. The
applicant shall submit revised plans to address this.
