The development applied for consisted of permission to insert adapted prefabricated unit as temporary classrooms for proposed creche, connect to existing public sewer and exit on to public road by existing laneway an all associated works. Revisions to the development comprise of 1) Revised description of development as a `Proposed temporary community childcare facility' 2) Amended site boundaries 3) Amended site layout to include revised location of the prefabricated units, revised vehicular and pedestrian access and egress configurations, and revised parking configuration 4) updated surface and foul and surface water layouts. Significant Further Information/ Revised Plans have been furnished to Monaghan County Council in respect of this proposed development, and are available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Monaghan County Council, Planning Office, 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan during public opening hours. A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans may be made in writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the receipt of both the newspaper notice and site notice by the planning authority.
