With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… The development will consist of: The installation of a single biomass boiler enclosure located to
the rear of the site at, St Macartan's College, Mullamurphy, Co. Monaghan, H18 X704. This site is
within the vicinity of a protected structure however, the protected structure is not impacted as part of
the works..
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 08/06/2026 and is referred to the following for observations:
