With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission to construct a dormer style dwelling house, single storey domestic garage, new
sewerage wastewater treatment system and percolation area, new entrance onto private laneway,
form new section of private laneway leading onto public road, new entrance onto public road and all
associated site development works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
