PROPOSED VEGETATION:
Half standard trees (native species) for the
provision of visual relief - spec to be 1.8 - 2.1m
clear stem, 12-14cm girth and height 3.5-4.2m
- Alnus glutionosa (Alder)
- Fraxinus excelsior (Ash)
-proposed hedgerow of predominantly hawthorn
landscape scheme should be implemented at
the earliest possible planting season taking into
account on-site construction and topsoil storage.
Boundary planting should be planted and protected
in the first availible planting season. All proposed planting
approved by the department shall be carried out in the first
planting season following the commencemnt of the
development on site and any trees or shrubs that die within
five years of planting shall be replaced in the next planting
season with others of similar size and species.
