SITE NOTICE
SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION AND REVISED PLANS
PLANNING APPLICATION REF. 26/60060.
Revised development description: The development will consist of:
1. The renovation and extension of the existing grass playing field to the rear of the
clubhouse, along with associated boundary fencing and ball stops and retaining wall
structures.
2. The erection of 2no. Player dugouts to the North of the grass playing field.
3. The erection of an open spectator stand along the South side of the playing field.
4. Alterations to the existing carparking configurations, to include for disabled carparking
spaces along with a disability access viewing area.
5. The construction of a new shop building at the front of the playing field.
6. Construction of a new walking track, including low-level lighting and
7. All associated site and landscaping works
8. Planning Retention is also sought for the retention of an existing club gym at the front
of the complex, along with associated toilet and storage areas.

The Further Information and revised plans include Drawings in relation to retaining the existing
club gym building and all associated works, ecology report, landscaping drawings, and a water
protection plan checklist.
Further Information and revised plans have been furnished to Monaghan County Council in
respect of this proposed development and are available for inspection or purchase at a fee
not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Monaghan County
Council, Planning Office, 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan, during public opening hours. A
submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans may be made
in writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after receipt of both the newspaper
notice and the site notice by the planning authority. A submission or observation must be
accompanied by the prescribed fee of 20 euros, except in the case of a person or body that
has already made a submission or observation.
