With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission for alterations & extensions to an existing single-story dwelling comprising of the
following:1_Demolish existing domestic garage and construct single-storey extensions to the side
and rear of the dwelling 2_Construct new entrance porch to front elevation 3_ Alterations of existing
dwelling to include facade treatments to include openings & finishes. 4_Construct a single-storey
domestic garage and covered walkway 5_Installation of a new wastewater treatment system and
percolation area 6_Ancillary internal & external refurbishments together with all associated site
works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
