Further to our telephone conversation today I can confirm that I have sold
No 61 Rosevale, Castleblayney on behalf of Madeline Mulholland.
I have spoken with the family regarding a notice sent to the Council by a ‘
using the address of 61 Rosevale, Castleblayney, Co Monaghan and they have confirmed
that this property has not been rented and that Niamh Mullholland has been the
occupant of the property.
They have contacted Monaghan County Council Offices to lodge a complaint about this
matter.
