Just for the record I kept the originals on the file. Re Siobhan McCabe - see attached the agreement she gave Rory. I understand the council asked for another one because Rory doesn't own the land any more. I would point out at paragraph 4 that the agreement binds Rorys heirs and assigns and is for the benefit of the land as opposed to the person. Nor sure if this will help with the council. The Grantor, as registered owner of the lands registered on Folio of the Register County Monaghan, at the request of the Grantee and in consideration of € 1.00 paid by the Grantee tothe Granter, the Grantor hereby grants unto the Grantee, The person entitled to be registered as the owner of the property described in the schedule here to, his heirs and assigns the right at all times to carry out works (including lowering and facing of hedgerows) over the area on the lands of the Grantor between the points marked "a", "b" & 'c' measuring 68.5m metres coloured green and delineated on the map attached hereto to the intent that shall at all times allow for the clear line of sight and any required forward visibility described in paragraph three hereof, and undertakes not to do or permit any actor thing which would obstruct or diminish said clear line of sight I forward visibility I rear visibility*. 5.
