ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. The Planning Authority notes that the submitted Site Layout Plan indicates that approximately 68
metres of works are required on third -party lands. However, the submitted legal agreement refers
to "points marked 'A' and 'B' measuring 50 metres." In the interest of clarity and completeness,
the applicant is requested to submit a revised and up-to-date legal agreement in accordance with
Appendix 13 of the Monaghan County Development Plan 2025-2031.
2. In the interest of clarity and appropriate design, the applicant is requested to submit a detailed
and accurate schedule of proposed floor areas of the dwelling house.
