Article 33 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended), the further information set out
on the attached schedule be requested from the applicant.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. The Planning Authority notes from the information submitted that the proposed development may
be within 100m of what appears to be third party agricultural buildings. In this regard, the Applicant
shall:
a) Submit Revised Site Layout Plan denoting separation distance of the proposed dwelling house,
measured nearest building line to nearest building line, of both first party and third -party
agricultural buildings.
b) Submit a written agreement from the owner of the farm building, consenting to the construction
of the dwelling. Written consent must be signed by both parties and witnessed by a solicitor or
a peace commissioner in accordance with Section 15.9.5 of Monaghan County Development
Plan 2025 - 2031.
