Response to Further Information Request
The applicant has obtained a quotation from ‘Silverstream Handcrafted Landscapes’ in
Monaghan. They assessed the proposed Site Plan and have provided a breakdown in their
quote for the landscaping proposal which includes the costs for plants, labour, topsoil, planting
and machinery.
Our Site Plan included 15no. trees and they have quoted for 20no. trees, in the event that some
die out prematurely. They have also included 127 metres of native hedgerow to include
hawthorn, blackthorn, whitethorn, hazel, holly and dog rose.
