Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended).
26/60117 - permission to; a) construct a two storey extension to existing dwelling house; b)
alter & extend existing attached structure (formerly used as a dwelling house), for proposed
use as independent living accommodation; & c) construct pitched roof over existing projection
to rear, together with other alterations to existing structure. Proposal to also include new
proprietary waste-water treatment system & other associated ancillary site works, using
existing site access at Tievaleny Shantonagh, Castleblayney Co. Monaghan.
