With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of the
proposed development.
… planning permission consists of : the change of use and alteration of existing domestic garage, to provide a
music school within the existing garage which will include a waiting area, a main teaching room, 2 private
teaching rooms, accessible W/C and storage areas. Site works including new car parking area, connection to
existing services and all ancillary works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority within the
period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This application was
