(iv) a brief statement outlining how the amenity of the dwelling located adjacent to the site entrance/training pitch has been considered in the overall design of the development. Currently, winter training takes place in the small green area adjacent to said dwelling house. A good relationship is shared between these residents and the club. The resident is a valued member and volunteer of our club and has been involved in discussions regarding said development. Residents are satisfied that their current boundary hedging ensures that they have privacy from the proposed development. They have also signed a letter outlining their support for the development.
