with all associated site development works.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I, Hugh Connolly hereby consent to my daughter Aoidhín
Connolly and her partner Conor McGovern, to apply for planning permission for a dwelling
house, and all ancillary site works on my land situated at Annalitten, Castleblayney, Co.
Monaghan. I, also give my consent to trim or remove any hedgerow from the proposed
entrance to achieve the required sight distance.
