Re: - Further Information / Revised Plans for Planning Reference 26/60101 - Planning permission sought by
Bernard Doherty for the construction of new single storey extensions to side & front of existing dwelling,
alterations to elevations and internal layout of existing dwelling, wastewater treatment system and percolation
area, landscaping, boundaries and all associated site works at Drumlandrick, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan.
Dear Sir or Madam:
Further to request for further information regarding the above development Planning Ref. 26/60101 we have
addressed the requirements as follows:
1. Please see attached a copy of the Revised Soil Characterisation and Site Suitability Report as
undertaken by Traynor Environmental Ltd. Following their extensive review and on-site
investigations, Traynor Environmental Ltd. have proposed a redesign of the wastewater treatment
system and percolation area, with the location slightly altered as indicated on the updated Site Layout
Plan. Please refer to the Soil Characterisation and Site Suitability Assessment Report for full details.
Schedule listing all plans, drawings, maps etc.

- 3436 - PL(00)001 REVA - Site Location Map - 1:2500 @ A4.
- 3436 - PL(00)002 REVA - Proposed Site Layout Plan - 1:500 @ A3.
- Soil Characterisation and Site Suitability Assessment Report by Traynor Environmental Ltd.
This further information we consider to be insignificant and therefore we have not readvertised, please advise
if otherwise required.
