25/60451 - Retention Permission and Permission consisting of the following: Retaining an as-
constructed storage extension, incorporating ancillary covered canopy, attached to the rear of
existing commercial property. Erecting a new single storey, portal framed storage extension,
incorporating ancillary covered canopy to rear, attached to the side of existing commercial
property. Creating a new a new site entrance onto public road replacing existing site entrance
to be permanently closed. Creating a new permeable-surfaced storage area for the stacking of
de-polluted end of life vehicles, together with all associated site works. [This site relates to an
activity authorised under the waste management (Facility Permit & Registration) regulations
2007 S.I. No. 821/2007] at Sra Ballybay Co. Monaghan.

With reference to the additional information received on 26/06/2026, in relation to planning application
25/60451, I wish to advise that the information submitted is considered to be significant additional data
and therefore a revised press/site notice in accordance with Article 35 of the Planning & Development
Regulations (as amended) is required.
Please submit revised press/site notice by 10th July 2026.
Please note that the 4-week period will not commence until the Planning Authority is in receipt of the
revised notices.
