With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission for a development which will consist of redesigned single storey dwelling from that
approved under application 2593, a relocated entrance to the site and redefined red line site
boundary. All other aspects of the development will be as previously approved under application
2593.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 29/06/2026 and is referred to the following for observations:
