plans Planning Reference 25103
Significant further information and revised plans, in relation to the
application are being furnished to the planning authority according to the
revised description below.
I, Ruth Russell, am applying for permission for developments at
Feebane, Castleshane, Monaghan.
The development consists of :-
e Retain existing dwellinghouse position on site where this varies from the
granted planning permission file no. 7138.
e Retain sunroom and kitchen extensions along with separate utility room and
coal/fuel store along with adjoining bedrooms accessed from courtyard.
e Retain shed buildings adjoining dwellinghouse.
e Retain entrances and accesses to the dwelling house/sheds/rear field along
with all walls, fences, gates, hedges, ramps, steps and surface finishes.
e Retain site boundary and fence positions.
e Retain agricultural gate to small front field/access to wastewater area.
e Retain disused pumphouse.
e Removal of 2no. trailer units.
e Removal of truck parking area and associated fuel storage tanks, closing up
of roadside access with new fence & hedge.
e Replacement/Proposed new wastewater treatment system with associated
percolation area.
The Planning Application may be inspected/purchased, at a fee not exceeding the
reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Monaghan County Council, 1
Dublin Street, Monaghan, Co. Monaghan during public opening hours. A
submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans
may be made in writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the
receipt of the newspaper notice and site notice by the planning authority. A
submission or observation must be accompanied by the prescribed fee of € 20,
except in the case of a person or body who has already made a submission or
observation
