development will consist of the installation of a substation measuring c. 41sqm. (c. 2.9m
height, c. 5.4m width, c. 7.6m length); and ancillary site development works at McCaughey's
Service Station Brackagh, (Ded Broomfield), Castleblayney County Monaghan.
