Pedestrian & vehicular access road from McGrath Road. (5) connect to existing public storm, foul and water
mains and Landscaping, boundary treatments; public lighting; & all associated site infrastructure and
engineering works necessary to facilitate the development. at Muckno Street, Drumillard Little,
Castleblayney, Monaghan received on 26/06/2026. I wish to inform you that your application is invalid for
the reasons outlined on the enclosed Notice.
