With reference to the additional information received on 21/06/2026, in relation to planning application
26/60066, I wish to advise that the information submitted is considered to be significant additional data
and therefore a revised press/site notice in accordance with Article 35 of the Planning & Development
Regulations (as amended) is required.
Due to the submitted Waste water treatment & Disposal report this is now considered Significant Further
Information.
Please submit new revised press/site notice by 24th July 2026.
Please note that the 4-week period will not commence until the Planning Authority is in receipt of the
revised notices.
