Dear Sir / Madam,
We have been instructed by our above -named client Conal Lambe to deliver this Observation Letter
with regard to the above Planning Application submitted by Maurice Lambe.
We refer to the Site Layout Map (titled as lodged by Niall McKenna for "Adrian" Lambe) which
appears to suggest that the property delineated in red on that map is owned by the Applicant. We
enclose for reference copy screengrab Land Registry Maps Folios MN8019 MN8020 by
our client together with screengrab map for Folio MN1582F by Maurice Lambe, whereby
you will note that not all of the property represented as owned by Maurice Lambe, is actually owned
by him. Our client does concede that Mr. Lambe has been in occupation of certain plots and our client
is willing to meet with Mr Lambe in order to assist in rectifying Mr Lambe's title.
The Planning Application cannot however proceed as represented on the Site Layout Map submitted.
We are instructed to emphasise that our client has no objection in principle to the submission of a
Planning Application for this dwellinghouse, but only on the basis that a corrected map agreed by
our client is submitted.
Please acknowledge receipt and confirm that you have noted the position.
