I wish to acknowledge receipt of your application for permission for a proposed development consisting
of the construction of 49 no. dwellings comprising of the following: • 3 No. two-storey 3-bed detached, •
3 No. two-storey 4-bed detached, • 3 No. two and a half storey 5-bed detached,• 16 No. two-storey 4-
bed semi-detached, • 20 No. two-storey 3-bed semi-detached, • 2 No. Single-storey 2-bed semi-
detached, • 2 No. one & a half-storey 3-bed semi-detached, works also include the extension of the
existing residential development comprising an internal road network, new pedestrian footpaths,
connections to mains services including potable water, foul sewer and stormwater drainage, a new
playground, associated open space, landscaping & boundary treatments together with all associated site
works at Station View Kilnacloy Monaghan was received on 01/07/2026.
The drawings and specifications submitted with your application are being examined by the Council’s
technical staff and you will be notified of the Council’s decision in due course.
Please note that no work should be carried out in connection with the proposal until a written grant of
permission to do so has been received by you from this Council. The carrying out of work, without the
permission referred to, could render you liable for legal proceedings under the Planning Acts.
Please note that the validity of this application is subject to the Site Notice complying with the
Regulations. An inspection of the site will be carried out within a period of five weeks from the date of
receipt of your application. If in the event of the Site Notice not complying with the Regulations, this
application will be declared Invalid and returned to you.
