to the side and rear of the existing vernacular dwelling. —
3. Permission for a new domestic waste water treatment system.
4. Permission for improvements to the existing site entrance to
include new site boundaries with all associated site development
works at Drumbroagh, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan.

This further information includes revised structural drawings,
alterations to the site boundaries and a new landscaping plan.
This Further Information / Revised Plans has been furnished to Monaghan County Council in
respect of this proposed development, and is available for inspection or purchase at a fee not
exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Monaghan Co. Co, County
Offices, No.1 Dublin Street, Monaghan during public opening hours. Tel. 047-30532.
A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans may be made
in writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the receipt of both the
newspaper notice and site notice by the planning authority. A submission or observation must be
accompanied by the prescribed fee of €20, except in the case of a person or body who has
already made a submission or observation.
