Significant Further Information / Revised Plans
Geda Construction Company Ltd. is submitting significant further
information/revised plans in relation to planning application ref: 25/60502,
at Scarnageeragh (or Emyvale), Co. Monaghan.
Revised description of development includes the demolition of 1 No. existing
bungalow and the provision of 30 No. dwellings comprising of:
8 No. 2 bed semi-detached bungalow dwellings,
10 No. 2 bed semi-detached two-storey dwellings,
8 No. 3 bed semi-detached two-storey dwellings,
2 no. 4 bed semi-detached two-storey dwellings,
2 no. 4 bed detached two-storey dwellings
Together with all boundary treatments, hard & soft landscaping, public
lighting, new estate road, connection to the existing mains services and all
ancillary and associated site works.
Significant Further Information/ Revised Plans has/have been furnished to Monaghan County Council
in respect of this proposed development, and is/are available for inspection or purchase at a fee not
exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Monaghan County Council,
Planning Office, 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan during public opening hours.
A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans may be made in
writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the receipt of both the newspaper notice
and site notice by the planning authority. A submission or observation must be accompanied by the
prescribed fee of 20 euro, except in the case of a person or body who has already made a submission
or observation.
