With reference to the additional information received on 10/07/2026, in relation to planning application
25/60325, I wish to advise that the information submitted is considered to be significant additional data
and therefore a revised press/site notice in accordance with Article 35 of the Planning & Development
Regulations (as amended) is required.
Due to changes made with the site boundary line this is now deemed Significate further information,
please submit revised press/site notice by 24/07/2026.
Please note that the 4-week period will not commence until the Planning Authority is in receipt of the
revised notices.
