I wish to acknowledge receipt of your application for retention/permission for development consisting of
1) retention of existing hard surfaced area, entrance onto public road & single storey storage shed and
will consist of 2) permission to use development for agricultural purposes including the following: existing
hard surfaced area to be used for the storage of silage bales, new single storey agricultural shed for
housing cattle and associated holding yards, conversion of existing single storey shed into agricultural
store and all ancillary site development works at Rossollus TD Doohamlet Castleblayney was received on
08/07/2026.
The drawings and specifications submitted with your application are being examined by the Council’s
technical staff and you will be notified of the Council’s decision in due course.
Please note that no work should be carried out in connection with the proposal until a written grant of
permission to do so has been received by you from this Council. The carrying out of work, without the
permission referred to, could render you liable for legal proceedings under the Planning Acts.
Please note that the validity of this application is subject to the Site Notice complying with the
Regulations. An inspection of the site will be carried out within a period of five weeks from the date of
receipt of your application. If in the event of the Site Notice not complying with the Regulations, this
application will be declared Invalid and returned to you.
