Additional information was received from the agent on the 30/06/2026 to help address the below
listed issues.
The following additfonal informatfon was requested from the applicant:

(in blue) and oil interceptors as well as all associated outiall points.
A revised site drainage plan has been submitted.
2. Submit details of proposed bunding of the 4no. fuel tanks. All overground oil storage tanks
shall be provided with an adequately designed reinforced concrete bund system complete
with an impervious base. Filling and off-take points shall be located within a bund. Upon

All fuel storage tanks which have been previously kept in this area are now completely
drained and totally redundant. Two tanks have been removed; the others are yet to be
removed. There will be no fuel stored in this area from now on, therefore no bunding will
be installed.
3. Submit details of proposed interceptor. All storm water arising from the truck parking area
shall discharge to an appropriately sized and suitable class 1 interceptor prior to discharge.

install an interceptor.
