SITE NOTICE
John Leonard and Emma McShane, intend to apply for
permission to the above named authority for devellopment at
this site at Cremrnartin, Castlleblayney, Co. Monaghan°
The devellopment will consist of: - the construction of a two,
storey detached dwellinghouse, a single •storey detached
domestic garage, new site entrance onto existing public road,
proprietary wastewater treatment system and percolation
area, and all associated site works at Creunartin,
Castleblayney, Co. IVilornaghan.
The Planning Application may be inspected/purchased, at a fee
not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the
offices of Monaghan County Council, at No. 1 Dublin Street,
Monaghan, Co. Monaghan during public opening hours.
A submission or observation in reflation to the application may
be made in writing to the planning authority on payment of
€20 within the period of S weeks beginning on the date of
receipt by the planning authority of the application° Any such
submissions or observations willl be considered by the Planning
Authority in making a decision on the 7MGSECTION
