two storey detached, semi-detached & terraced houses and, new site entrance onto
existing public road R183, with associated amendment to the existing road frontage of
the adjoining carparking at Connolly's Public House (Eircode A75CF58), connection
to existing public sewer system, The development will provide for a total of 95 No.
car parking spaces, bin stores; Landscaping, boundary treatments; public lighting;
pedestrian & bicycle path through the site linking adjoining Cois Locha Estate subject
to agreement, and all associated site infrastructure and engineering works necessary to
facilitate the development.

Significant Further Information/ Revised Plans has/have been furnished to Monaghan
County Council in respect of this proposed development, and is/are available for
inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at
the offices of Monaghan County Council, Planning Office, 1 Dublin Street,
Monaghan during public opening hours.
A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans
may be made in writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the
receipt of both the newspaper notice and site notice by the planning authority. A
submission or observation must be accompanied by the prescribed fee of 20 euro,
except in the case of a person or body who has already made a submission or
observation.
