Applicant is to provide a fully complete water protection checklist.

The applicant is to provide records of slurry exports demonstrating compliance with specified
limits for nitrogen loading as required by the European Union (Good Agricultural Practice for
Protection of Waters) Regulations, 2022 as amended. This should include an N & P statement
for the farmer who is importing the slurry to ensure they have sufficient capacity to accept.
