Site works including new car parking area, connection to existing services and all ancillary works. The site is located within the Finn (Monaghan)_030 waterbody which has been classified as Moderate Status 2019-2024, with an objective of Good Status by 2027. The site is located on an area of high groundwater vulnerability which is underlain by a poor Aquifer. No water protection plan checklist has been submitted. It is proposed to change part of the existing garage into a music school, a toilet is identified in the original drawings of the garage. The existing wastewater treatment system and percolation area has been identified on the site layout plan. No details have been provided the existing wastewater treatment system and percolation area. An assessment of the current domestic wastewater treatment system on site should be carried out in order to determine its suitability to receive any increased effluent load.Under the Local Government (Water Pollution) Act, 1977 as amended, a Section 4 Discharge Licence is required for discharges of >5m3 of domestic type effluent to ground. The proposed loading will need to be clarified. Five carparking spaces are being proposed. No further details on interceptors or stormwater management from the car park have been provided.
