SITE NOTICE
We, Noel & Nora McCabe, intend to apply for
Permission
For a development at
Cornecassa Demesne, Monaghan,
Co. Monaghan.
The development will consist of:
(a) alterations and renovations to the existing single-storey dwelling house; (b) construction of a part single-storey and part two-storey
extension to the side of the existing dwelling house; (c) provision of ancillary independent living accommodation for a family member within
the enlarged dwelling house; (d) associated elevational changes, internal alterations, site development works, landscaping an d all
associated site development works.
The planning application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy,
at the offices of Monaghan County Council, The Planning Office, No.1 Dublin Street, Monaghan during its public
opening hours Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made to the planning authority in writing on payment of
€20 within a period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the planning authority of the application. Any such
submissions or observations will be considered by the planning authority in making a decision on the application. The
planning authority may grant permission subject to or without conditions, or may refuse to grant permission.
