SITE NOTICE
I, Kieran Mohan intend to apply for
Permission
For a development at
Cashel, Clontibret, Co. Monaghan.
The development will consist of the following:
Construct a storey and a half dwellinghouse, wastewater treatment system and percolation area, form new
entrance onto public road with all ancillary site development works.
The planning application may be inspected, or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy,
at the offices of Monaghan County Council, Planning Office, 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan, Co. Monaghan during its public
opening hours Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made t o the planning authority in writing on payment of
€20 within a period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the planning authority of the application. Any such
submissions or observations will be considered by the planning authority in making a decision on the application. The
planning authority may grant permission subject to or without conditions, or may refuse to grant permission.
