I wish to acknowledge receipt of your application for retention & permission for development consisting
of the following: 1) retention of existing single storey modular building comprising canteen facility and
will consist of 2) Permission to construct a new single storey extension to side of existing childcare
facility, relocate existing single storey store on site, extend existing car parking area, extend existing open
yard play area, new mass concrete retaining wall to rear of development and all ancillary site
development works at Lisdonny Castleblayney Co. Monaghan was received on 17/07/2026.
The drawings and specifications submitted with your application are being examined by the Council’s
technical staff and you will be notified of the Council’s decision in due course.
Please note that no work should be carried out in connection with the proposal until a written grant of
permission to do so has been received by you from this Council. The carrying out of work, without the
permission referred to, could render you liable for legal proceedings under the Planning Acts.
Please note that the validity of this application is subject to the Site Notice complying with the
Regulations. An inspection of the site will be carried out within a period of five weeks from the date of
receipt of your application. If in the event of the Site Notice not complying with the Regulations, this
application will be declared Invalid and returned to you.
