7. Letter of consent from land owner Glassfords Ltd.
8. Rural Housing needs form with map showing family home and proposed site.
9. Documentary evidence of applicant living in the local area, (Letter from primary school,
Letter from Secondary school, proof of residence bank letter and school transport letter,
10. Completed water protection Plan checklist,
11. Irish water application,
12. Drainage and watermain,
13. 1 copy site location map,
14. 1 copy of site plan,
15. 1 copy of site plan existing survey,
16. 1 copy of floor plans,
17. 1 copy of elevations,
18. 1 copy of sections,
19. 1 copy of Garage plan.
