RE: PLANNING PERMISSION TO ERECT A ONE AND A HALF STOREY DWELLING, SINGLE-
STOREY DETACHED OUTBUILDINGS, NEW WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM, NEW
ENTRANCE WITH GATES AND PIERS TOGETHER WITH ALL ASSOCIATED WORKS @ CORNAHOE
LOWER TD, CASTLESHANE, CO. MONAGHAN.
With reference to the Additional Information request received in respect of the above application, we enclose
confirmation of the registered Right of Way. This confirms that our client has held a legal right of access to the
subject lands since their purchase in 2013.
In relation to the visibility splay to the south, the adjoining landowner is aware that the required splay extends
across part of the existing building, as clearly indicated on the wayleave map submitted with the original
application, which identifies the precise location of the building. The original agreement was signed on this
basis. It is also noted that the affected stone section of the building comprises an old store which is currently
in poor condition.
