Report on Wastewater Treatment System &
Percolation Area
Having surveyed the existing wastewater treatment system at Monanagirr, Co Monaghan
we found that the system installed to be a Tricel Vento packaged treatment system it is
thought to have been installed around 2023/2024 approx.
The existing wastewater treatment system and percolation area to the property was found
to be in good working order with no signs of pooling. All perimeters to percolation area
were checked with no signs of effluent run off.
All manholes leading from the property to the packaged treatment system were also
inspected and found to be clear and free flowing.
There is an open drain adjoining the site which should be enclosed in an appropriately sized
concrete pipe as it is in close proximity to the treatment system.
