Site Notice of Significant Further Information /
Revised Plans
Doohamlet Construction Co. Ltd are submitting significant further information/revised
plans in relation to planning application ref: 25/60481 at Dernaglug, Doohamlet, Co.
Monaghan.
Revised description of development consists of the following:
The provision of 28 no. dwellings comprising:
2 No. 2 bed detached bungalow dwellings,
4 no. 2 bed semi-detached bungalow dwellings,
6 No. 2 bed semi-detached two-storey dwellings,
11 No. 3 bed semi-detached two-storey dwellings,
5 no. 4 bed semi-detached two-storey dwellings,
Together with revised site layout plans, boundary treatments, hard and soft
landscaping, public lighting, drainage and utility services, revised house type
drawings and all other ancillary site development works necessary to facilitate
the proposed development.
Significant Further Information/ Revised Plans has/have been furnished to Monaghan County Council
in respect of this proposed development, and is/are available for inspection or purchase at a fee not
exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Monaghan County Council,
Planning Office, 1 Dublin Street, Monaghan during public opening hours.
A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans may be made in
writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the receipt of both the newspaper notice
and site notice by the planning authority. A submission or observation must be accompanied by the
prescribed fee of 20 euro, except in the case of a person or body who has already made a submission
or observation.
