With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… retention & permission for development consisting of the following: 1) retention of existing single
storey modular building comprising canteen facility and will consist of 2) Permission to construct a
new single storey extension to side of existing childcare facility, relocate existing single storey store
on site, extend existing car parking area, extend existing open yard play area, new mass concrete
retaining wall to rear of development and all ancillary site development works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
