Please find herewith the relevant documents in response to requested Further Information dated 24/04/2026- detailed below.
1. Policy RSDP 1 and Section 15.9.2 ‘Site Selection and Design Guidelines’ and Table 15.3 of Monaghan County Development Plan
2025-2031 advises that the design should have a good roof to wall proportion. In this regard, the applicant is requested to submit
revised plans and elevations in accordance with Section 15.9.2 and Table 15.3 of Monaghan County Development Plan 2025-2031,
ensuring that the roof does not appear overly dominant or top heavy.
In response to the above Point 1.
Further to our agreed conversation read email dated 18/06/2026. Please see attached drawings revised as per your email.
