Permission
For a development at
31 Knockcarrick, Mullaghduff (DED: Carrickaslane), Co. Monaghan.
The development will consist of permission to separate section of existing two storey detached dwellinghouse and extend same to form 2 No.
two storey semi-detached units comprising:
1) Renovation to existing dwellinghouse to form a 4 bedroom two storey dw ellinghouse.
2) Extension to separated section to form a new 3 bedroom two storey dwellinghouse and all associated site development works.
Planning Reference Number: 25/60419
Significant further information/ Revised plans submitted includes the following.
1. Retention of existing ancillary domestic storage shed
2. Submission of reports
Significant further information or revised plans, as appropriate, in relation to the application has or have been furnished t o the planning authority,
and is or are available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the authority
during its public opening hours, and
A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans may be made in writing to the planning authority not later than
2 weeks after the receipt of the newspaper notice and the site notice by the planning authority.
A submission or observation must be accompanied by the prescribed fee of €20, except in the case of a person or body who has already made
a submission or observation.
