With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission for development consisting of the construction of a single storey dwelling, detached
single storey garage, new entrance gates and fence, waste water treatment system with soil polishing
filter area and all associated ancillary site works, all accessed from an existing laneway.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
