associated site works’. The proposed development also includes the sub-division of the existing
site, and amendments to the site boundaries and public road access of the existing dwelling.
In this regard, the applicant is requested to submit revised details including an amended
development description and revised red line application boundary to accurately reflect all aspects
of the proposed development.
