I Patrick Corrigan intend to apply for Permission for development at
Drumgowna, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan. The development will consist of
a new slatted shed with underground slurry storage tank and all associated site
works.

Find attached fully complete water protection checklist.
Point Two of additional information:
Find attached records of slurry exports demonstrating compliance with
specified limits for nitrogen loading as required by the European Union
(Good Agricultural Practice for Protection of Waters) Regulations, 2022
as amended. This should include an N & P statement for the farmer who
is importing the slurry to ensure they have sufficient capacity to accept.
