SITE NOTICE
I, Brendan Finnegan, intend to apply for
Retention Permission
For a development at
Agheeshal, Broomfield, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan
The proposed development consists of:
1) Retention of existing multi storage farm shed for the use of storing farm machinery, hay, straw and bovine
animals and 2) Retention of Concrete Yard.
The planning application may be inspected, or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy,
at the offices of Monaghan County Council, Planning Office, No.1 Dublin Street, Monaghan Town during its public
opening hours Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made to the plannin g authority in writing on payment of
€20 within a period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the planning authority of the application. Any such
submissions or observations will be considered by the planning authority in making a decision on th e application. The
planning authority may grant permission subject to or without conditions, or may refuse to grant permission.
