We are submitting significant further information to the above-named authority on behalf of our client
Hadabo Ltd under Planning Reference 26/60126 for planning permission at this site Killyconigan,
Monaghan, Co. Monaghan.
1. Amended Site Layout incorporating the recommendations of the RSA,
2. Landscaping Plan incorporating additional planting,
3. Stage 1 Road Safety Audit,
4. Amended Public Lighting Report,
5. All associated works.
Significant Further Information/ Revised Plans has/have been furnished to Monaghan County Council in
respect of this proposed development, and is available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the
reasonable cost of making a copy, at the planning office, No.1 Dublin Street, Monaghan during its public
opening hours.
A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans may be made in writing to
the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the receipt of the newspaper notice and site notice by
the planning authority. A submission or observation must be accompanied by the prescribed fee of €20,
except in the case of a person or body who has already made a submission or observation.
