SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION
Shane Monaghan & Grace Conlan are submitting significant further
information to the above planning authority in relation to planning application
Ref:26/60120, at Acres (DED Ballybay Rural) & Annaneese, Ballybay, Co.
Monaghan. Said further information relates primarily to the repositioning of
proposed dwelling house within the site, along with elevational alterations to
dwelling.
The further information may be inspected / purchased, at a fee not exceeding
the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Monaghan County
Council, No. 1, Dublin St., Monaghan during public opening hours. A
submission or observation in relation to the further information may be made
in writing to the planning authority on payment of €20, (except in the case of a
person or body who have already made a submission or observation), within
the period of 2 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the planning
authority of the further information. Any such submissions or observations will
be considered by the Planning Authority in making a decision on the
application. The Planning Authority may grant permission subject to or
without conditions, or may refuse to grant permission.
